My art is my escape lately. Art has always meant freedom to me and freedom has become even more important. The state of the world and the US are overwhelming right now. How did we get here? And how do we get back to some semblance of normal? Will we ever? I pay attention to what is going on and then I escape to my studio and that is where I feel at peace.
